"Oh bliss, bliss and heaven!
Oh it was georgeousness and georgeosity made flesh, it was like a bird of rarest spun heaven metal, or like silvery wine flowing in a spaceship...
Gravity all nonsense now as I slooshied I knew such pretty pictures!"

Thesis

My thesis developed between april 2002 and january 2003 at the Department of Energy Technology and Machines of the Udine University:

Phenomenological models for the simulation of rotating stall in centrifugal compressors

under prof. G. L. Arnulfi supervision whose site is here.

The work consisted in the study of the major analitical models for rotating stall and in the construction of a pc program based upon the most complete one of these, the Moore model (1979).

Because of my love for Unix systems I developed the program in C on Linux and FreeBSD and I built a GUI for it using the good GTK+/Glib libraries; I'll put here my thesis (italian only) and some screenshots of the program, for any information about it you can at any time contact me by email: scananza at scananza dot net.
